Biography


German Ruiz, age 48, a resident of Espanola passed away on February 19, 2013. He was born on June 6, 1964 in California to Delia and Rogelio Ruiz.

German is preceded in death by his father Rogelio A. Ruiz, and brothers Abel Ruiz an Rogelio Tito Ruiz. He is survived by his fiancé Annette Chacon of Espanola, NM, daughters Melissa Ruiz and Alyssa Ruiz, son, Roger Ruiz, mother Delia Paredes Ruiz all of El Paso, TX, sisters, Gloria Ruiz of California, Delia Pebbles Ruiz (Victor), Mary Tita Ruiz (Robert Diaz) all of TX, brother Jaime Cruz Ruiz, Bryan and David Chacon.

German was a Renaissance Man aka MacGyver, he could fix anything! He worked in construction and was a proud member of The Rock Christian Fellowship. He loved to read the bible and study the word. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, animals, restoring autos, and landscaping. German was also an artist who enjoyed carving wood, drawing, and writing in script and calligraphy.

A visitation and wake were held on February 27, 2013 at Rock Christian Fellowship in Espanola. A devotional service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 10:00am at Rock Christian Fellowship.
