Floyd Herrera

Floyd Herrera, age 71, of Chamita, NM passed away on January 7, 2013. He is preceded in death by his mother Delfinia Herrera, father Jose Lauriano Herrera and mother-in-law Elena Gallegos. Floyd is survived by his loving wife Sara Herrera, daughters; Rose Figueroa and husband Jose, Lupe Herrera and companion Cesar Moreno, and Frances Herrera and companion Servando Torres, son Marty Herrera and wife Tomasita,, daughters; Adelia Caraveo and husband Elder, and Destiny Herrera, son Eduardo Maldonado, daughters; Petra Maldonado and Yamile Sanchez, 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, uncle Amarante Montoya and wife Inez, many sister and brother-in-laws and other relatives.

A rosary was recited on January 10, 2013 at the Rivera Family Funeral Home Chapel in Espanola. A funeral mass was celebrated on January 11, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in San Juan. Interment followed at the Chamita Cemetery.
