Mary Jo (Thompson) Casey published a tribute .

I am so saddened to learn William Hendricks passed away. I've wanted to learn where he resided much of my adult life. We were cousins and I admired him. I its touch when he suffered an injury playing football for the OU Sooners. I am afraid when I visited him in the hospital after that injury that may well be the last opportunity I had to see him. His very lovely sister has been my lifetime role model. Wish we had stayed in touch. I am retired in St Louis. My deepest condolences for this loss.
