My sympathy to all of the members of the Weltha family. While it has been years since I have seen Bill or any members of the fmamily, I remember him well when he lived in Palmyra, MO. He was a respected member of the community and his wit and humor is what I always remember best about him. He was a devoted husband and father and I know he his pressence by those that knew him will be missed.
