I am truly heart broken over his passing. Bill was an amazing, smart, and funny human being. He was a great story teller and shared many of his memories with the folks who asked. I had the pleasure of working with Bill for the last 8 years at LVMS and I always looked forward to him telling me about what car he was working on and how he excited he was when he could fabricate parts for a rebuild. He was just the best! He will be missed by all.

It was our love of cars and racing. That's what brought us all together. But, from there we developed a friendship that went beyond working long days into the night over race weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Bill always volunteered when there was a challenging task or chore. Be it ensuring cold drinks were stocked for drivers or a golf cart was malfunctioning or a press room backdrop needed to be hung and ironed. Bill was the man for the job. His shining star will never fade and we'll somehow manage, but it'll never be the same. Ever. May your sweet soul rest in peace.
