My condolences extend to you and your family during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with Roxi and spent numerous hours on the phone assisting with computer problems at NMED. Roxi was always patient, kind and in good spirits. I met you and Roxi in person at her office just prior to the closing of your new house. I'm truly sorry for your loss.

I am so terribly sorry for your loss. This is a tragedy that words cannot express.
I did not know Roxane well and had only been in her presence about a dozen times during this past year.
I wanted to pass along to you all that it made me feel good to be in her presence from the very first time we met. Her youthful exuberance and smile was a pleasure to see and to be around. She will be missed and remembered fondly at the Environment Department.

My heart is broken on your loss. I knew you for about a year, but you were a sunshine. You were wonderful to be around, cheerful, beautiful and extremely intelligent. I will greatly miss you.
