Rosemary was always a wonderful friend and sister to me. Since I have been back in Taos, we were able to go out to eat a few times to reminisce and catch up. I would have loved to been able to spend more time with here now that I am back. She always had a smile, a great heart, and would light up when she would speak of her family. Heaven must have been a sad place, so God called her home to brighten it up with her light, smile, and laughter. I loved her and you dearly!!!

Wow. I can't even begin to think of what to say. I will always remember our laughs at NMHU. That laugh of yours was so contageous and it soared like eagle's wings. Your friendship and love will always be with me and I will never forget you.

My deepest sympathy to the Vigil family. I'd only known Rosemary this year, as my son's teacher, but she was an amazing teacher and he's learned so much. She elected him to win a bicycle for his reading accomplishments & he will always remember and appreciate that trophy, in her honor. So very sorry for the loss of a wonderful person and a teacher any student would be blessed to have. I worked in her classroom with various students over the past four years, and I learned so much from her about how to approach my job, as well as how much she cared for all of them. She worked miracles with them, and they adored her. She will be missed very much by myself and by all the kids who knew and loved her. My condolences to her family, friends, and fellow educators.

Ms. Rose, Mia and I have been so sad about your passing. Mia tells me "mom I can't believe she is gone, they will try and bring me a new teacher but nobody will ever be like her". We are so glad that we got the pleasure of you being her teacher and I can honestly say you made my daughter the happy confident little girl that she is today, we are forever thankful for everything you did for her and you will always be in our hearts.
