I've lived in Pagosa Springs , Co
for the past 5 years I'm so disappointed that Patsy was so close to me, I would have visited her , I'm in Taos once in awhile . I have great memories of my friendship with Penny and the Schumacher family in Waukegan when I was growing up . I'll never forget going to Lake Lawn and being treated like one of the family . Sorry for your loss .

Pat is my 1st cousin and we feel so fortunate that Pat & her daughter Patsy were able to visit Louisville Ky this past March for a luncheon gab fest. Pat was in good spirits and we had a great time reminiscing. Pat was an energetic & spirited person, loved her home in Toas and served her community well. Her family will truly miss her and morn her peaceful death.

I became part of the family in 1984 when I married Pats grandson Augie. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, sweeter, more loving family to be a part of. Grandma and I really enjoyed eachothers company whether we we're shopping, or chatting over coffee. Her and Grandpa always made me feel like a true family member since the day I met them. I love and miss them both and will never forget the good times and special memories. It's comforting to know they are together again.

Dear Pat -
We are sorry to hear of the loss of your sweet Mom, but are thankful that you have embraced her passing so lovingly. From all we heard about her, it is obvious that she lived everyday to its fullest - what an example for us all! My condolences to the family. I worked with Pat and George many years through the Taos Opera Guild. My husband and I spent several wonderful evenings at the El Monte Lodge following the festive Guild Christmas party! Great people!
