The Rings
Here is one of my favorite stories my Mom would tell us. Once when my mother and father Tom were in the Air Force and still dating, my father had been on leave to visit his family in New Mexico. When he returned, he had 5 rings in his hand. He asked my Mom which ring she would like and gave her permission to choose any one she wanted. She grabbed all of them and told him "I can't decide, I'll just take them all" Oh if I could have seen the shocked look on his face as he thoughtthere goes all the rings for all my other girlfriends!! Ha ha.|
