Jose Santiago Vigil

Jose Santiago Vigil, age 90 passed away peacefully on October 15, 2015. Jose was born in Pecos NM on December 23, 1925 to Emelia and Parexdes Vigil. Jose is preceded in death by his son James A. Vigil daughter -in-law Angie M. Vigil and his granddaughter Jolynn Vigil. Jose is survived by; his wife Lourdes Vigil son Aurelio Vigil, grandchildren James Vigil, Angela Vigil, Christy (Jose) Casias and Great-Grandsons Jonah, Joseph and Jeremy Casias. Jose was a proud Navy WWII veteran. Serving as pallbearers will be Isidro Quintana, Ernesto Rodriguez, Nash Roybal, Jose Casias, Albert Lujan, and Arthur Varela. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 6:00-7:00pm with a rosary to be recited at St Anthonys Church in Pecos, NM. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 9:00am at St Anthony Church with a burial at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:15am.
