John Robert Winters, 65, of Vancouver, Washington passed away unexpectedly on August 14, 2013. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Joseph Winters. He is survived by his wife, Toni D. Winters, mother, Jeanne Winters, brother, Dick Winters and family, David Winters and family, Jim Winters and family, sister, Sue Humphrey and family and many other relatives and friends.
