The holidays don't seem as bright without Jack. I will miss his wonderful Beetle Canyon designs and stories. His large presence was only exceeded by his big heart. I will miss sitting on his beautiful veranda and sipping margaritas with him and Millie. Oh we had so many good times.

I speak for the many Los Ranchos teachers who wore Jack's clothes. he and Millie helped our school feel unique. Jack had such a joy for life. He made us feel happy when we were wearing the unique garments. Long live his memory .

We are really going to miss you Jack along with the team of Millie and Jack. It was beautiful and we always had a blast with you guys. We laughed all the way home to Albuquerque. I love wearing your Beetle Canyon fashions and the stories that went with them; in fact I'm wearing the one you gave me this summer. You made me fall in love with cats. I now have three at home, and feed about 27 strays. I've told the cats all about you, and I feel like you're there with me.

I'm sure Jack brought a spiritual awareness to everyone he knew; he had such a solid, kind and knowing presence. We had a special connection through the white owl, and I am grateful to have known him and especially for all the years of love he gave to dear Millie.

Dearest Jack - I remember your gentle and sweet spirit and sharing margheritas with you and Millie AND guacamole AND champagne. I loved watching the sagebrush roll across outside the dining window as if a stagehand was standing to one side of the house and periodically throwing it across the window :) I cherish the dresses and cape that I have of yours and remember your quirky sense of humor. I will always remember his creativity, and his ability to tell a tale. I can remember when I was a child he would tell me stories with a wonderful sense humor and imagination, and I will never forget his great suspicion of nuns either. Love ya Jack

My deepest sympathies to all who loved Jack. I have such wonderful memories of him, and when I think of him, I will always remember his wonderful sense of humor. We love Jack very much. He was an important part of our family. At family gatherings, we loved to sit and listen to his stories, and we appreciated his wonderful sense of humor!
