Everyday Kindness
~ A Power, Beyond Spiritual dogma:
A Tribute, to my dear friend, John Hizny.
The Dalai Lama, often speaks of the fundamental importance of human beings, in sharing everyday kindness with one another . . . even more than focusing on religion or specific spiritual traditions, including his own.
"The Power of Everyday Kindness" was an all-pervasive giant hug, shining through the Life of John Hizny. He was a dear friend and a kind of grandfatherly figure in my Life. After only sixty-eight years, John left our earth in February, 2013, on one of many huge, new evolutionary waves coming through earth, since December 21, 2012 ~ just after the close of the Mayan Calendar, and the opening of a new Life Cycle.
John cared about everyone. He loved his family dearly and even moved here to be near them, rather than retiring in Paris, which was his former dream. He was full of vitality, curiosity, and creativity. He lived on earth as a loving husband and father, an inventor, an engineer, an aerospace engineer, and a photographer, who also loved the stars and astronomy. John was fond of calling himself "nothing at all - in the spiritual sense", although he was naturally very intuitive.
John embodied the spiritual teachings in action. He had a natural caring for Life and the integrity, which is always an integral part of humanitarian motivation.
Since John left the earth, the embracing field of caring Presence which resonated from him, still lingers in the area ~ and all who knew him loved/love him. John Hizny was an everyday Buddha, living an ordinary Life. He tended to meet people in some of their most difficult times, and shared with them, a continuous flow of heart-full support and genuine caring for their everyday Life ~ in great and often surprising ways of 'service' for which we all have deep gratitude in our hearts . . . as he enjoys his own expansions, now, into a new Life cycle. ~ Namaste, Dear John!
