Jessica Christiansen

Jessica S. Christiansen, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 8, 2017. She was born on March 27, 1980 to Bernadette Gonzales and James Christiansen.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Tom and Otila Gonzales, paternal grandparents Rollin and Bertha Christiansen.
She is survived by her parents Bernadette Gonzales and James Christiansen (Linda), brother Michael Vigil, nephews John Vigil, Thomas Vigil, and Vincent Vigil, aunts Maryann Esquibel, Stella Magee (Cone), Marcella Elmer, uncles Fernie Gonzales (Frances), Dan Gonzales (Iliana), Jose Gonzales (Rusty Tambascio), Vincent Gonzales (Diane), Clifford Christiansen (Amy), special cousin Sarah Christiansen (Sue Espe-Cameron), her pet & loyal companion Lucy, extended family Carlos Garcia and family, and numerous other cousins, relatives and friends that loved her dearly.
She attended St. Michael’s High School and graduated from Santa Fe High. Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honor for perfect academic record) from UNM where she majored in Political Science. She loved to travel and lived in California, Nevada, London, England, and Florida before returning to Santa Fe two years ago. She worked hard no matter the job and strived for perfection in all she did.

Public visitation will be on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 6:00pm at Rivera Family Funeral Home at the Kiva Chapel of Light followed by a Rosary at 7:00pm.
Mass will be Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:00am at St. Francis Basilica Cathedral.
Internment will be at a later date.
