Janet Block

Janet McGee Block passed away peacefully at home with loved ones by her side on Monday, August 14, 2017. She is survived by her sister Merideth Balser, son Michael Block, daughter Andrea Ortega and three beautiful grand daughters Kylie, Michaela and Peyton. Janet dedicated her life to being a loving mother and wife. She retired from Albuquerque Public Schools after 22 years service and took much pride in working with children every day. Janet was a talented artist, always loved gardening, and most of all spending time with family. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Rivera Family Kiva Chapel, 417 E. Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe.
