Gertrude "gerrie" Montano

Biography

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Gertrude Gerrie E. Montano, 85, of Arroyo Seco passed away on January 7, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alejandro Alex Montano, 89, children, Gloria, Phillip and Nancy Montano, granddaughter, Rayla Parraz, parents, Emilio and Rosenda Jaramillo, parent in-laws, Locaido and Natividad Montano. She is survived by her children, Irene Parraz (Raymond), Alfonso Montano (Trish), Martin Montano (Ingrid) and Francine Barnes (Darren), 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brother, Joe Jaramillo (Pat), sisters, Martha Lujan (Eloy) and Emilia Sanchez and many other relatives and friends.

Rosary was recited on January 10, 2014 at Rivera Chapel in Taos. Funeral mass was held on January 11, 2014 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Arroyo Seco.
