Biography


Florencio Reza, 48, passed away unexpectedly at his home in La Cienega, New Mexico on December 24, 2015. He was born on October 27, 1967 in Gomez Palacio, Durango, Mexico. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor Reza and Silvestra Venegas and his brother Alfredo Reza.

Florencio is survived by his three children Luciana, Jorge, and Julio, his six siblings Cuca, Manuel, Isabel, Luisa, Juan Carlos, and Blanca, close family member Jose Luis Martinez, and many close friends.

Florencio was known for his honesty, strong work ethic, and friendly personality. He was an outgoing individual who loved the simple things in life like watching movies with his kids or spending time with his good friends. His children remember him as a strong, devoted father who made them laugh a lot, encouraged them to pursue their goals, and supported them in every way possible.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at St. Anne’s Church in Santa Fe beginning with a rosary at 10am followed by mass at 11am. Burial will take place at a later date.
