Fernando Ruiz, 39, of Santa Fe died peacefully on Friday, August 7, 2009. Mr. Ruiz is survived by his loving wife Judith Ruiz, 3 children; Fernando, Jr., Amy and Tania Ruiz all of Santa Fe as well as other loving family members.
