Biography

Ellis I. Garcia, 71, of El Prado passed away on September 12, 2012. He is preceded in death by his wife, Oralia Trina Garcia, daughter, Stella Garcia, grandson, Ellis Garcia III, parents, Ismael Garcia and Anita Oakeley Garcia, father in law, Felix Romero and sister, Susie Garcia. He is survived by his children, Juanita (Benito), Georgina (Floyd), Ellis Jr. (Blanca), Esther (Cesar), Paul (Victoria), grandchildren, Tim, Nicole, Gabriel, Lenny, Angelo, Miguel, Manuel, Julio, Ellis, Ezperanza, Andrea, Cesar, Carina, Estrella, Isaiah, Gabriella, Isabela and Daniella, great-grandchildren, Sophia, Leo, Jose, Joshua, sisters, Doris Montoya (Ernesto), Bernie Romero (Nicolas), Maria Romero (Felix) and other relatives and friends.

Evening service will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 6 PM at First Presbyterian Church in Taos. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church.

I remember so kind a gentle always has to share love to everyone. when I needed my father with a big heart always wondering when you be okay and send you on your way for a good day to happen.Ellis dad you inspired me by giving me strength to carry so much obstacles and loops helping me with getting to know my belief in God and have faith.My happiness is that since I was a child you worked so hard to keep the family ties and to rekindle hearts the love and compassion for what you do best always smile.Since then I had challenges to consider and always you gave me spirit to see a different way in life to see within the beauty of it all is you that will always be cherished DEEPLY within all our hearts.I will be missing you DAD your smile and glare in your eyes always with spirit
