Biography


Mr. Daniel J. Aguilar, age 58 of Plaza Blanca, NM. died peacefully on Monday April 18, 2011. He is a veteran of The United States Marine Corps and worked with the New Mexico Highway Department. Mr. Aguilar was preceded in death by his brothers David, Freddy and Martin Aguilar. He is survived by his sons; Danny Aguilar of Alcalde, Tomas Aguilar of Albuquerque and Freddy Aguilar of Los Ojos, parents Cruz and Gregorita Aguilar of Rutheron, grandchildren; Tristen, Tomas, Diego and Alicia. He is also survived by sisters; Clara Blanco and husband Erasmo of Santa Fe, Elaine Soberanez and husband Baltazar of Grants, Rose Aguilar and companion William Murch of Santa Fe, Jane Snelling and husband Mike of Denver, CO., Mela Martinez and husband John of Santa Fe, Mary Ann Edwards and husband Anthony of Casa Grande, AZ., and very special friends Betty Martin and Jimmy DeYapp.

Recitation of the rosary was April 19, 2011 at San Jose Catholic Church in Los Ojos, the Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on April 20, 2011 at San Jose Catholic Church, interment followed at The San Jose Cemetery.
