To the Vigil family, I am so sorry for your loss. William was always so nice to me as kids when we were growing up in Ojo Sarco. I will always remember his infectious laugh and pretty smile. William was a great worker for the State of NM. I spoke to him often when he worked at our building at Pulic Education Building. He will be missed by all his coworkers. Thank you God for lending us William for a short time. I am sure he is sitting with you in heaven.
