Danny sent me the obituary for Steve. We were so sorry to hear about his death. He and I had many "discussions" about politics on our rides to and from work. We were good friends. We are thinking of you and I am remembering all of our good times together.

Though Steve was a couple years older than me we had some good times together. He was with on a couple inter-tube trips down the Raccoon river and many get together's with friends...Our condolences to the family

To Steve's family: We never met Steve but heard about him from his little sister, Brenda, our daughter-in-law. He sounded like someone who will be sorely missed. We pray comfort and peace from God to his family during this difficult time.

To Steve's family: Sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I enjoyed working and conversing with him at the 132FW's Flight Simulator. I greatly respect and admire his Service to our country in Vietnam, and will fly the U.S. flag in his memory, on the day of his funeral. May God Bless and comfort you.

Steve graduated from Winterset High a year before me. Though I didn't know Steve personally, it makes he's passing no less tragic. Prayers go out to his family. Only time will help heal the heart. God bless the family of Steve.

Enjoyed our trip to France, Italy and Germany together...never forget the mix up at the ROme airport when I went to the wrong one to rent the van -- Steve treated me like an Army buddy
