Wow.. I'd never seen that picture of my great-uncle Reuben! Now I know where I get my super curly hair from as none of my immediate family members have hair like ours (thanks uncle Reuben)
Uncle Reuben was a talented writer and I enjoyed the screenplays he wrote and read to us; myself and my mom (Manuel's daughter, Antoinette). He was a genuinely nice person and VERY funny; he cracked me up! I think I may have got my humor from him as well. :)
Rest in peace uncle Reuben, we'll miss you greatly

I loved reading the lovely letters that my Dear Uncle Reuben wrote me. I will miss the contact and conversations My Uncle Reuben and I had, may he rest in peace. I would love to be in contact with any of my relatives. 575-233-5369.
