Just got the news. Didnt want to believe it. Had just connected again after many years on a movie set of all places :). Was a good friend, life of the party, Always made us laugh, Always had your back...literally, and without question. Gonna miss you greatly old friend. wish we could have been able to get together. Rest in peace brother.

Oscar, you were a good friend. Even though I probably hadnt talked to you in over a year. I thought of you. I enjoyed your selfies on FB, and your cheerful, full of life, glass half full attitude in your posts. No one know why life is taken so early on, but I know that you will be missed by many, your family and friends. My condolences to the Salgado family. May you feel his presence in your lives always. That he would live on through his children and siblings.

Oscar, I will always remember our long talks, laughs and good times. You were always willing to lend a helping hand for whatever the situation was. You were the best Halloween decorator and you had the most beautiful penmanship for a guy could ever have. Sorry you were taken from us way to soon, you will always be in my heart a thoughts. Oscar, my dear sweet brother with the biggest heart! How does one write something to you, our family or anyone that describes the years we spent together. I loved growing up with you and hate the past few years being in a different state away from you. I love that no matter how far apart we might be in distance, we could also pick up where we left off and laugh and cry together. I LOVE laughing with you, so many times I didn’t find things funny, it was your laugh that filled my heart & soul with happiness.
YOU are my favorite person to watch movies with....oh and so many memories.
My condolences to our Mother who loves you with her whole heart.
I miss you & would do anything to rewind to the old days and relive them with you at my side as my best friend.
