Biographie

Gabinita Carolina Jensen, 66, of Taos passed away on February 14, 2010. She worked for Mountain Bell and US West as an administrator and retired from the Manuel Lujan Insurance. She was a veteran of the US Air Force. She is preceded in death by her parents, Eduardo & Isabel Trujillo and brother, Nestor Trujillo. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Gary L. Jensen, brothers and sisters, Esequiel Trujillo of Taos, Felix Trujillo of Espanola, Alice Griego (Cresencio) of Albuquerque, Bertha Romero (Leonardo) of Taos, Dora Lucero (Edmundo) of Santa Fe, Andreita Rodriguez of California, Luisa Martinez (Fred) of Santa Fe, Fidel Trujillo (Linda) of Espanola, Leonard Trujillo (Rose) of Taos, brother in law, Larry Jensen (Jadene), sister in law, Lois Chalmers, niece, Debbie Bellino (Michael), nephew, Jack Jensen (Shelly), numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Rosary was recited on February 17, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church with interment to follow at 2 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to National Jewish Health, P.O. Box 5898, Denver, CO 80217-9171. Arrangements

Aunt Gaber was very good to me and Joyce when we were growing up. I'll cherish those memories always. When my son was about a month old I spent a week with her and Gary and again a memory I'll cherish forever! Rest in Peace Tia and give my Mom, Grandma Isabel, Grandpa Edwardo and Uncle Nestor a great big kiss and hug from me. Tia Gaber You will be missed and remembered fondly by your "sobrinos"

I had the previlege of working with Gaby at MLA. She was a joy and once you made a friend of Gaby's she stayed your friend and made an effort to stay in touch. She will truly be missed. My prayer is God will fill those left behind with His love and peace and the joy that will be missed without Gaby's presence.
