Ruth Griego

Ruth Griego, 86, of Tesuque died on September 30, 2009. Mrs. Griego is preceded in death by her husband Redolfo Griego, son Rudy Griego, Parents Esquipula and Rita Salazar, brother Juan Bences Salazar and sisters Bernie Guarduno and Olympia Mondragon. She is survived by her children; Angie Gomez and husband Leroy of Arroyo Seco, Carlos Griego and wife Jeanette of Tesuque, Virginia Trujillo and husband Fred of Nambe, Joseph Griego and wife Theresa of Tesuque, sister; Jennie Salazar of Nambe, brothers and sisters-in-law Lalo Griego and wife Yolanda of Tesuque, Josephine Ortega of Tesuque, Angelina Blea of Tesuque, and Cecilia Griego of Tesuque, and daughter in law Julia Griego of Tesuque, grandchildren; Brenda Ortiz, Danny Gomez, Ray Trujillo, Rebecca Griego, Adam Griego, Alisha Trujillo, Sharon Watson, Michelle Trujillo, Kevin Griego, Samantha Griego and Alex Griego, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews and other relatives. A public visitation will be held on Friday October 2nd at San Isidro Catholic Church in Tesuque with the rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated also at church on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the San Isidro Catholic Cemetery in Tesuque.
