Ike Vigil

Ike T. Vigil, born July 6, 1932 passed away surrounded by family and friends on June 23, 2009.

He is preceded in death by his mother Anastacia, father Presiliano, brothers Eloy and Valentine, niece Beatrice, sister-in-law Priscilla Vigil, and grandson Julian V. Rael.

Ike is survived by his wife Dolores, son Isaac Vigil, daughter Gloria Apodaca (James), Flora Vigil, JoAnn Vigil (Kip), grandsons Derrick Apodaca and Ruben; granddaughters Alysia Meek, Jessica Garcia, and Olivia Vigil, sisters Carmen Dominick (Henry), Elizabeth Roybal (Pete), brothers Abel (Pauline), Percy, Juan (Mena), Eddie (Connie), Joe (Yvonne), and many other friends and relatives.

Funeral Mass will be held Monday, June 29, 2009 at 12:30pm at Santa Maria de la Paz. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery at 2:30pm.

Pallbearers will include: Daniel Vigil, Leonard Roybal, Patrick Vigil, James Dominick, Mark Vigil, and Andrew Vigil.
