Charlie Lujan

Biografía

Charlie R. Lujan, age 37 a resident of Ensenada, NM, passed away on January 24, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his father Alejandro Lujan, grandparents, Fernando and Eufemia Montano, uncles, Raul and Bennie Montano.

He is survived by his mother Margaret Lujan, brothers, Bennie and Patrick Montano, sister Efuemia Montano, all of Ensenada, and sister Esther Montano of Albuquerque, aunts, JoAnn Tomasulo of Parachute, Co, Pauline and Cipie Maez, of Canjilon and Jean and Bill Espinoza of Rio Rancho.

Serving the family as honorary pallbearers will be: all of his cousins, Vincent Tomasulo, Robert Maez, Miguel Maez, Billie Jean Martinez, Melissa Ayala, Guillermo Espinoza and good friend Phil Velasquez.

A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 10:00 am at San Juan de Nepomuceno Catholic Church in Canjilon followed by Mass at 11:00. Interment will take place following mass at the Canjilon Cemetery.

Chuck was one of my good friends since kindergarten. He always had a smile on his face when we talked. I will never forget all the good times we had together. I will miss you my friend. My condolences to his family. You could not ask for a better son or brother.

"Cousins are usually the first friends we have as children."

This was true of Charlie, countless fond memories and good times we spent as kids. He was a gentle and sweet guy with a kind heart. Its hard to process the fact that he is gone, but I will never forget all our crazy adventures, riding are bikes down Mr. And Mrs. Wall, playing basketball at the school, or just hanging out playing cards at his Grandmas house. Every time I saw him as an adult he was always positive and laughing even if life wasnt easy. Though we lost touch threw the years, he will always be in my heart.
